Our Carers are guaranteed to have a current enhanced DBS check and at least one to two years of professional experience. We conduct a face-to-face interview with them, call references and request for relevant training certifications.

A short list of carefully selected candidates by our team will be given to you, and you can also conduct in-person interview with them (or via video link). This is one more stage in the process of making sure the candidates are the best fit for your needs.

From your first call onward, including after a candidate has been placed in your home, TALIYA Carers provide ongoing support. We communicate with you and the candidates, offer advice for selection process and to assist with the contracts, if needed.

TALIYA Carers provide all permanent services with a free of 6-month replacement warranty. After then, the replacement rate for long-term care, companion, and housekeeping placements is at minimal cost or the very least possible cost. In addition, we offer free emergency temporary covers for all our permanent services.
